Our leading proprietary trading client is hiring a Sr. FPGA Engineer to work with them on a remote basis. They have made a name in the HFT space the past 6 years and are looking to add a very high-level IC to help continue pushing the boundaries of nano-second technology.
Team is comprised of NASA, CERN and other leading institutions (along-side the biggest names in the trading space). They'll wait around your NC, don't worry about it's length & there'll be deferred bonus payouts on offer.
Compensation:
Our client is prepared to offer above market pay brackets with no ceiling for the correct hire. Bases sit at $250-350k with bonuses that'll make you the highest hardware paid IC in the industry.
Essential skills:
BS in Electrical Engineering (or similarly related field & MSEE/PhD highly advantageous).
Expertise with RTL Coding, Verilog ideally and SysVerilog backup.
Knowledge of low-latency engineering in C++.
Gigabit ethernet networking familiarity - will be tested on it.
Industry experience really sought after. Alternatively, if you've worked at a leading research and technology firm then it be very useful to have worked in data centers.
